Contact us, any time, in case of a claim. If you can't reach us (outside business hours and on Sundays and public holidays), then contact us, in emergencies, on the vessel helpline. In case of theft, always report this immediately to the local police.

Kindly return the damage claim form, duly completed and signed, to our office, so that we can process your claim. Also enclose an inventory of the damage and, if possible, a few photo's that clearly show the damage (+ an official or police report, if applicable).
